1. payment methods

refunds are not possible for orders paid with pluxee/sodexo eco pass due to the restriction set by pluxee/sodexo. in this case, only exchange is possible.

If you receive a package that has been damaged while in transit, please contact us at hello@gofluo.com within ten days of receipt so we can assist you with your claim.

refunds will be automatically issued via the original payment method once your return has been received & processed by our logistic center. in most cases, you will receive the refund within seven days, but for some types of credit cards, it can take up to 30 days before the money is cleared into your account. please contact your bank in regard to releasing the funds.
returns have a processing time of 1-3 business days from the time we receive the package. exchanges have a processing time of 1-3 business days from the time we receive the return package.

the size recommendation can be found under the product details of the desired item.
to help you find the right fit, we’ve divided our assortment into two categories: the commuter and the performance fit. within the commuter fit, you’ll find bodyglowers initially designed to wear on top of a coat. bodyglowers designed for outdoor workouts are labelled with “performance fit”. you can find the fitting of each bodyglower in the product details and in this blogpost.
a gift card has 19 characters and is not the same as a coupon code. both codes must be filled in at a different spot in the checkout.
our products aren’t 100% sustainable yet. we do use the best quality of reflective material, and these comply with European standards. furthermore, we also have many items (on full neon color basis) that are approved according to the EN 1150 standard. you can find in the product description whether the model has an EN1150 certificate.
we cooperate with a Dutch company that has production units in China. after all, only there can reflective fabrics be made.
