Size S fits over a common backpack for kids, up to 24 Liter. (24 L is approximately 18 cm depth, 40 cm height, 30 cm width) The cover can be adjusted with the bungee cord & straps with flat buckles to make it fit on top of your backpack perfectly.

Size M fits over a backpack up to 34 Liter. This size usually fits bigger backpacks for adults. If you can fit a laptop in your backpack, you'll probably need this size.
