Shipping options, delivery time and charges depend on destination and courier selected to send the order to you. GOFLUO reserves the right to change shipping options and charges at any time. The shipping time varies per country and starts when the parcel leaves our warehouse (status = shipped). Please note that business days exclude weekends and holidays. For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, GOFLUO operates on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning we will handle and pay for local custom and tax charges. The price you see at checkout is the final price you will pay, with no additional charges upon delivery.
Duties and taxes
If you have placed an order for delivery outside of the European Union, please note customs fees and import taxes are imposed once the parcel arrives in the country of destination. As your order will be held at customs, you may be asked to pay these fees and taxes. These fees must be paid by the receiver. This means that, you as the customer, will be responsible for local custom and tax charges. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over the amount imposed nor are we able to estimate the fees as the customs regulations vary from country to country.

During this period of the year, several carriers apply temporary peak season surcharges for parcel shipments. To reflect these additional costs, our standard shipping costs will temporarily increase by €1,00.
