Giveaway Official Rules

1. Promoter

This giveaway (the "Promotion") is organised by Studio Wonderland BV, a limited liability company established under Belgian law, with registered office at Prins Boudewijnlaan 75, 2600 Berchem, Belgium. Belgian Chamber of Commerce registration number: 0727.952.633. VAT registration number: BE 0727.952.633 ("GOFLUO", "we", "us"). By entering, you accept these Official Rules in full.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to natural persons who, at the time of entry: (a) are 18 years of age or older; (b) are legal residents of a European Union member state or of the United States; and (c) have a public or accessible Instagram account. Employees of GOFLUO, its affiliates, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion period

The Promotion opens on 30 October 2026 at 15:00 CET and closes on 11 November 2026 at 23:59 CET. Entries received outside this period are not valid. GOFLUO's system clock is the official timekeeper.

4. How to enter

To enter, during the Promotion period you must: (a) comment on the official giveaway post or reel on the @gofluo Instagram account as instructed in that post or reel; (b) complete the automated direct-message (DM) conversation GOFLUO sends you, including providing a valid email address; and (c) follow the @gofluo Instagram account. Following @gofluo is required to be eligible to win. One entry per person. Entries that are incomplete, use false information, or are generated by bots or scripts are void. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

5. Email marketing consent

As part of the DM conversation you will be asked whether you want to receive GOFLUO marketing emails. If you opt in, you expressly consent to GOFLUO adding your email address to its marketing list and sending you commercial communications; you can withdraw this consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting hello@gofluo.com. Opting in is not required to win the prize. Your data is processed in line with section 10 (Privacy) and GOFLUO's Privacy Policy.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one GOFLUO product package with a retail value of EUR 350 (approximately USD 350). The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, except at GOFLUO's sole discretion. If the exact package is unavailable, GOFLUO may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Any taxes, duties or import charges on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Winner selection and notification

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entrants on 12 November 2026. Before the prize is awarded, GOFLUO will verify that the selected entrant still follows @gofluo and otherwise meets these rules; if not, GOFLUO may draw a replacement winner. The winner will be contacted only via a direct message from the official @gofluo Instagram account. GOFLUO will never ask you for a password, payment, or financial information to claim the prize; any message doing so is not from GOFLUO and should be ignored. If the winner does not respond within 5 days, or declines or is ineligible, GOFLUO may forfeit the prize and select an alternative winner. The winner may be announced on @gofluo Instagram Stories.

8. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion period.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize the winner agrees that GOFLUO may announce their Instagram handle and first name in connection with the Promotion, without further compensation.

10. Privacy

GOFLUO processes entrants' personal data (Instagram handle, email address, region) only to administer the Promotion and, where you opted in, for email marketing. For entrants in the EU, processing takes place in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR); the lawful basis is your consent and GOFLUO's legitimate interest in running the Promotion. You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data and to withdraw consent. Full details are in GOFLUO's Privacy Policy. Data is not sold to third parties.

11. Instagram / Meta disclaimer

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from any liability related to the Promotion and acknowledge that any information you provide is provided to GOFLUO and not to Instagram or Meta.

12. General conditions

GOFLUO reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, breaches these rules, or acts in a manner that is unfair or disruptive. GOFLUO may amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control compromises its integrity, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOFLUO is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.

13. Governing law

These Official Rules are governed by Belgian law, and any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights an entrant has under the law of their country of residence.
