Delivery time and charges depend on destination and courier selected to send the order to you. GOFLUO reserves the right to change shipping options and charges at any time.

VAT

The delivery prices mentioned below do not include VAT. Each country applies their own VAT percentage. The applicable VAT will be calculated at the checkout based on the provided shipping address.

Customs

If you have placed an order for delivery outside of the European Union, please note customs fees and import taxes are imposed once the parcel arrives in the country of destination.  As your order will be held at customs, you may be asked to pay these fees and taxes. These fees must be paid by the receiver. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over the amount imposed nor are we able to estimate the fees as the customs regulations vary from country to country.

Ecovouchers

Please note that delivery charges are not valid for payment with eco vouchers and will need to be paid separately with another payment method.
