To adjust the width of the clips you can turn the wheels to make them larger or smaller. Once the clips are set to your bike rack, you can easily take the bag on and off your bike. You no longer need to turn the wheels to do this. When the bag is on your bike, pull the middle loop towards you. This ensures that your bag stays put while cycling on bumpy roads.
