If you’re not entirely satisfied and would like to return a product, we’re here to help. You have 14 days after the delivery of your order to apply for a return.
Please note that returns do not apply to personalised products. There are also limitations for orders paid with pluxee/sodexo eco pass.
RETURN to our showroom
It is possible to drop off your return item(s) at our showroom:

You need to add the packing list or a note stating your name and order number.

RETURN an item within the EU
1. Scan the QR-code on the packing list that you received in the shipment, to register your return or go to tosendr.com and fill in your order number and postal code.
2. Check if the info shown is correct. Select the items you’d like to return and the reason why. Within 48 hours you’ll receive a confirmation email with a return shipping label.
3. Put the item(s) in a solid packaging and add the packing list or a note stating your name and order number. If not added, our warehouse cannot link the return to your customer profile. The product and its packaging must be in the original undamaged and unused state, including hangtags and labels.
4. Ship the box with the return shipping label to:

5. Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 10 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed.
After our warehouse has received and processed your return, we’ll refund it within 15 working days after reception.
NOTE: The return shipping cost will be covered by GOFLUO with a return shipping label.
However 2,5 EUR will be charged for the administration & handling costs of the return. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
At this time we do not offer exchanges, unless the goods are faulty, or wrong items are delivered. If you need a different size, colour or another style we kindly ask you to place a new order.
Return outside the EU

For returns of orders placed via marketplaces
In case you ordered on Bol.com, Amazon or Kaufland, do not forget to register your return on the marketplace as well. If not, we will not be able to issue the refund.
REFUND of an item
1. Once our warehouse has received your return, they will inspect it thoroughly to make sure it is 100% ok.
2. If this is the case, we will refund the money within 14 business days after delivery at our warehouse. The refund will be made to the account of the original payment method. Shipping costs are always excluded.

pluxee/sodexo eco pass
cancelled and abandoned payments
if the customer cancels or abandons the payment after partially paying with one or more vouchers, the amount paid with the vouchers can not be refunded due to the limitation set by pluxee/sodexo.
refunds are not possible for products paid with pluxee/sodexo eco pass due to the limitation set by pluxee/sodexo. only exchange of the item is possible.
however, if another payment method was used during the checkout, GOFLUO can refund the part paid with the complementary payment method.
