Can I return my order?

Under distance selling regulations, you have the right to return your purchase, without having to give a reason. This right may be exercised on almost all products sold by gofluo, with the exception of personalised products. There are also limitations for products paid with sodexo eco pass.

Products must be returned within fourteen calendar days of receipt. The product and its packaging must be in the original undamaged and unused state, and should be returned to:

Packages can be sent easily using Bpost. https://parcel.bpost.be or at your post office.

Please ensure that your package has adequate postage and is accompanied by a note stating your name, address, bank account details and the number of your delivery note. Once your package has been received, gofluo will reimburse the amount as quickly as possible. By law, this must be within fourteen calendar days.

Non EU countries must first request their return via hello@gofluo.com

 

Can I exchange my order?

Prefer a different size or colour? No problem! In principle, the same rules apply to exchanges as to returns. The right may be exercised on almost all products sold by gofluo, with the exception of personalised products. You have fourteen calendar days in which to return your purchase.

Please get in touch with our customer service team by e-mail (hello@gofluo.com) beforehand to reserve the item that you would like. Please clearly state your name, the number of your delivery note and the product that you would like to exchange.

Why do I have to pay shipping costs to return an order?

The costs for shipment that we charge on our website are the actual costs incurred by gofluo. Shipping costs are always paid by the customer, and this includes the shipping costs for returns.

Which products cannot be returned or exchanged?

With a number a products, the consumer does not have the same right to return the purchase. The law stipulates that the following are excluded:

  • Products that have been manufactured to consumer specifications or that have a personal character
  • Products whose nature means that they cannot be sent back
  • Products which may spoil or age more quickly
  • Audio and video recordings or software where the seal has been broken
  • Newspapers, journals and magazines

gofluo always states whether or not a product is excluded from the distance selling regulations on the respective product page.

 

Sodexo Eco Pass

Canceled and abandoned payments 
If the customer cancels or abandons the payment after partially paying with one or more vouchers, the amount paid with the vouchers can not be refunded due to the limitation set by Sodexo.
Refunds 
Refunds are not possible for products paid with Sodexo Eco Pass due to the limitation set by Sodexo. Only exchange of the item is possible.
However, if another payment method was used during the checkout, GOFLUO can refund the part paid with the complementary payment method.
