Gofluo complies with the European Regulation of 25 May 2018 on data protection and privacy in the processing of personal data. Consequently, we treat your personal data with care. Your data will only be used for the following purposes: to fulfil a concluded agreement, to process an order and to send newsletters and for the purpose of advertising and/or marketing. We treat your data as confidential information and store it in an inaccessible database; your data will not be rented to or sold to third parties. Some of this data may be transferred to services involved in the payment or delivery of your products.

The main purpose of cookies placed by our website is to track user experience throughout the website. Collecting user data
As part of the user registration process, information including name, company name, address details, e-mail address, telephone number, bank card number and other relevant data is collected. This information is used by gofluo to identify users and to provide them with support, services, mailings, sales and marketing campaigns, invoicing, as well as to fulfil contractual obligations.
Some data may be transferred to services involved in the payment, newsletter or delivery of your products. gofluo requires these service providers to protect your personal data.
Mollie
gofluo uses the payment processor Mollie to process transactions.
This party is contractually obliged to use the specified data solely for the purpose of payment processing.
Shop We Do
gofluo has opted to use Shop We Do as its logistics partner.
The requisite (address) data shall only be used for the purpose of processing the order and shipping your packages.
Klaviyo
As a customer, you can choose easily, by clicking the checkbox in the checkout-page, if gofluo can use the information you provide and keep in touch with you and provide updates and newsletters. We will contact you via email.
You can change your mind at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of any email you receive from us. By clicking the checkbox in the checkout-page, you agree that we may process your information in accordance with these terms.
Deleting or amending your data
gofluo customers are entitled to access their contact data and let us edit, update or delete it at any time by sending an e-mail to privacy@gofluo.com, attaching a copy of your identity card to the e-mail. We shall then be able to process your request promptly. gofluo shall not retain user data for any longer than is necessary to achieve the objective for which it was collected or as required by the applicable legislation.
